I am trying to figure out how I can keep the feeling of love inside me whilst being bombarded with images and information externally which can be negative We are often deluded into searching outside of ourselves for the feeling of love, in reality, everything we are seeking is within us
So I realized to keep the feeling of love is harder than you think. It is like a gym work out or a musical practice - you really need to work on this feeling daily or even hourly So I begin with the Practice Gratitude.
For really simple things, the house that shelters me, the car that transports me, the family who supports me, me dear friends who comfort me I take action - I choose one person I feel grateful for and write him or her a letter expressing my gratitude.
I write what I truly love and appreciate about this individual? The recipient of this letter will cherish your words forever + think about it often.
